The things you’re about to ask

Do my clients pay anything?

Never. You pay for seats, they get the app free. What you charge them is between you and them — we take no cut of your coaching fees.

What happens when the 30 days are up?

Your coach dashboard locks until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your clients, programmes and their entire history are exactly where you left them, and unlock the moment you subscribe.

What if I outgrow my plan?

New clients can’t join once you hit your seat limit — existing ones carry on untouched. Move up a tier and the seats are there immediately. The step up costs less than a single client pays you in a month, so you’re ahead from the first client you add.

Why isn’t there a free plan?

Because this only works when clients actually log their training, and a coach who has invested in it is a coach who makes sure that happens. ₹499 is under a fifth of what a single client pays you. The 30 days are free precisely so you can find out whether it earns its place before you pay anything.

I coach more than 50 people. What then?

Then you’re running a studio rather than a solo book, and we price that with you instead of guessing — get in touch. We’d rather quote you properly than sell you a plan that wasn’t built for your size.

Is it really white-labelled?

Yes. Your logo, your business name, your own subdomain. A client signs in at your address and sees your brand — our name appears nowhere in their app.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your settings. You keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for. See the refunds and cancellation policy for the details.

How do I actually get in?

Tell us about your roster on the contact page. LiftLog is invite-only — we set your business up with its own subdomain and send you a link. Usually the same day.
